Mobile phone not used for 8 hours, app sends emergency message...saving resident who left a suicide note (South Korea)

A man in his 50s who was wandering the streets after leaving a suicide note was rescued in a dramatic fashion. After the resident had not used his mobile phone for a certain period of time, the Lonely Death Prevention Security App automatically sent a rescue message to the local government.
