Today (2nd) marks the 7th anniversary of the death of the late Korean veteran actor Min-wook. On March 2, 2017, the late Minuk finally passed away while battling head and neck cancer. He passed away at the age of 70.
After being unexpectedly diagnosed with head and neck cancer in 2015, the deceased continued to battle the disease for two years. Unfortunately, the deceased passed away, leaving behind his wife and one son and two daughters.
The head and neck cancer that the late Min-wook battled refers to malignant tumors of the face, nose, neck, inside of the mouth, larynx, pharynx, salivary glands, and thyroid gland.
Symptoms include non-bleeding, hemoptysis, voice changes, hearing loss, and difficulty swallowing. At that time, the public was saddened by the news of the late Min-wook's passing.
After making his debut as a theater actor in 1968, the deceased was selected as one of KBS's 8th public recruitment talents and was loved for his active activities.
