”NewJeans” management office ADOR to undergo audit in attempt to become independent from HYBE
Following allegations that the management of ADOR, the company of K-pop's signature girl group NewJeans, attempted to take control of the company, HYBE, the parent company and Korea's No. 1 entertainment planning company, has initiated an audit.

According to the music industry on the 22nd, HYBE began an audit of representative Min Hee Jin and ADOR management team A and others on this morning.

This is due to the fact that the ADOR management team tried to take away the management rights and become independent from HYBE.

Personnel belonging to the audit team visited ADOR management's business area and set out to recover the company's computerized assets and secure face-to-face statements. If the allegations are confirmed to be true, the company plans to take legal action.

ADOR is a label under HYBE, which was established in 2021 by CEO Min Hee-jin, and HYBE holds 80% of the equity. The remaining 20% is owned by ADOR management including CEO Min. Representative Min Hi-jin is a former star creator at SM Entertainment, where he was in charge of concepts and brands for famous idol groups such as Girls' Generation, SHINee, and EXO, and has made a name for himself.

After moving to HYBE, he once again proved his ability by nurturing "NewJeans," the hottest girl group in the K-pop market today. NewJeans" had a string of hit songs such as "DITTO," "OMG," and "Hype boy," and reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200, the main album chart of the U.S. Billboard.
