”Hi.5,” starring Jin Young of ”GOT7,” is leading the box office sales charts...on the verge of reaching 1 million viewers

The movie “Hi.5 (High Five)” (original title) is running at No.1 in the Korean box office. It is likely to surpass 1 million viewers with room to spare during the Hyeonchung Day (June 6th) holiday weekend.

According to the Korea Film Promotion Board's Cinema Ticket Integration Computer Network, 'Hi.5' drew 61,022 viewers in a single day on June 5th, recording a cumulative total of 749,755 viewers.

Hi.5 has maintained the top spot in the box office, although it gave up the No.1 spot to 'Mission: Impossible: The Final Reckoning' for only one day after its release.

Advance sales of 'Hi.5' are still in second place behind the live-action version of 'How to Train Your Dragon' and it is expected to extend its box office run during the holiday weekend (6-8 days).

'Hi.5' is a comic action film about five people who accidentally acquire different supernatural powers through organ transplants, and their encounters with those who target their abilities. The cast includes Lee Jae-in, Ahn Jae-hong, Ra Milan, Kim Hee-won, Yoo Ah-in, Oh Jung-se, Shin Gu, and Jin-young (GOT7).
