「BTS」J-HOPE、「ご飯がおいしくて助教決心」…軍服務でマインドが変わった?=「全知的おせっかい視点」
”BTS” J-HOPE, ”The food is delicious so I decided to become an assistant professor”... Did military service change his mindset? = ”Omniscient”
J-HOPE of the group "BTS" shared his military service story. On the 21st, MBC's "Omniscient" 35EP2 featured BTS J-HOPE's "Kill It!"
The filming of the music video for "n'It Girl" has been revealed. It depicts J-Hope's visit to a night market after his Bangkok concert.
J-HOPE said, "The reason I even became an assistant professor during my military service was because of the food.
After the training, I had a meal and it was delicious."
It was so delicious that I thought, 'I have to stay at this training center.' In order to stay here, I had to become an assistant instructor at the recruit training battalion," he said, revealing the episode.
"To become an assistant professor, you have to study and then you get evaluated. If you pass, you become an assistant professor. I had to study six subjects within a certain time frame," he said, drawing surprise.
He also laughed and said, "If I had studied English like this, I would have been flying around."
Meanwhile, J-HOPE said, "My successors and classmates in the military bought tickets themselves and came to the concert.
"It was mostly female audience members, but one person stood out from the crowd," he said. "I'm embarrassed to say it myself, but I did very well in the military," he said.
I also paid for the training fees for my classmates. When I reached the rank of sergeant, my classmates suggested we go on a trip. I felt bad that I couldn't go with them, so I paid for all the expenses," he said in admiration.
J-Hope said, "I understand the position of my comrades. They are like drinking companions and fond memories to me. I wanted to spend more time with them.
J-Hope said he ran 500km to win the holiday, and added, "My mother asked me, 'What did you do to make your calves so bad?'
"But when your calves get thicker, your legs tend to look shorter, so I started managing them a month or two before the discharge."
He then said, "It's the same for the other members. They'll all be photographed in the news," drawing laughter.
He said he had made all of his plans for the world tour before enlisting, and showed his composure by saying, "My mindset has changed since I joined the army. I'm like, 'This is a piece of cake.'"
J-Hope then revealed that he is planning a full-group album following his solo single.
J-HOPE said, "By the time you see this video, all the members of BTS will be discharged.
He continued, "I think everyone worked really hard and we all worked really hard. Let's prepare well and make something great."
