According to Nielsen Korea, a ratings research company, the first episode of the TV series aired the previous day had a rating of 4.6% (nationwide).
EP1 shows the work of Ahn Joo-hyun (Lee Jung-suk), an associate lawyer with 9 years of experience. Ahn Joo-hyun goes about his day with a sigh, just like an ordinary office worker.
He begins his career as a lawyer with nine years of experience, but he delves into the case he is given and secures an acquittal, showing his skill as a lawyer with nine years of experience. Meanwhile, first-year lawyer Kang Hee-ji (Mun KaYoung) also visits Seocho-dong.
