If Jung DONG WOO-won's unlicensed driving charges are proven, he faces a maximum of 10 months in prison or a fine of 3 million won (approximately 310,000 yen) under Article 82 of the Road Traffic Act.
Jung DONG WOO-won's side is currently unable to contact reporters. Jung DONG WOO-won previously received a suspended indictment for driving a motorcycle in a no-motorcycle zone.
Following this, he is once again the subject of attention for allegedly driving without a license.
