The video shows him going for a morning run with SM Entertainment singers, including NCT's Johnny and Xion, and WayV's Kun and Xiaojun.
Minho gathered the members who gathered in London, England to participate in "SMTOWN LIVE 2025" and created his own "SM Running Crew."
Taking on the role of pacemaker, he continued running and weight training with the members every morning.
On the first day, I ran 5km with Changmin, Cha Niyeon, and Kai.
Minho started with a light jog, taking into consideration each person's physical strength, and gradually increased the pace. After the run, they went straight to the gym and did weight training.
However, Kai, who was struggling that day, did not participate from the second day. Instead, Suho, Johnny, Kun, and Xiaojun joined and ran together.
Minho also showed consideration by adjusting the pace for Johnny and Kun, who were unable to prepare for the running SHOOZ.
Johnny was running at a pace of 2 minutes 40 seconds for the 2km section, but he was feeling physically exhausted, so Minho joined him.
After walking to the destination, he ran the remaining 1.5km with Changmin and Cha Niyeol, showing his enthusiasm in completing the 5km goal.
On the third day, Xion from "NCT WISH" joined as a new member along with Minho and Changmin.
Zion confidently said, "I'm a good runner," and Minho and Changmin were surprised at how calm he was.
He showed a steady pace. Minho was full of praise for Xion, who showed nimble movements even without the Running SHOES, saying, "You're mine now."
On this day, the three ran the 2km section at a pace of 5 minutes 35 seconds, then moved to the gym to do weight training together, concluding the three-day challenge.
Minho said, "It was a lot of fun to run in London with my friends," and added, "I want to continue doing content like this next time.
I especially want to invite Shi-on, who was active on the last day, and Jeong-in (Kai), who keeps running away."
Meanwhile, Minho appeared on MBC's "Single Man's Happy Life (I Live Alone)" broadcast on the 11th in Korea, where he revealed the "6-minute ramen challenge" and became a hot topic.
