The judge in charge of issuing warrant at Seoul Central District Court issued the detention warrant for Moon on December 14th 2018, the arrest warrant was executed at the dawn on December 15th,2018, and Mr. Moon, the suspect,was imprisoned at the Seikkusa police station detention place.



The Pambe police station is also investigating CEO Kim Chang Hwan and the representative Lee Jong Hyun for the suspicion of "violence teacher and assistant" and "violation of child welfare law", and together with the prosecution's opinion, it is confirmed that the charges were filed against them today.
