We would like to tell you about our official position regarding our artist, BI (Kim Hanbin).

Today, the Seoul Central District Court issued the final sentence to BI at around 2 pm, through which BI was spared prison sentences.



The case was first charged with the purchase of illegal drugs in 2019, and was indicted through the prosecution in June 2021 according to the procedure of the investigative agency. BI has consistently finished the trial today with a remorseful attitude.



The court took the consideration to the attitude of BI admitting all the crimes and reflecting on the mistakes; that there is no criminal record of the same kind as the first offense; that the parents have vowed to support and lead the accused to the right direction; and that there are no problems with him to be adjusted as a member of society; he was sentenced to 3 years in prison with 4 years suspended sentence, which completed the final judgment.



BI remains deeply remorse and apologizes for coursing the inconvenience and disappointment to the public and his fans in this situation. He will continue to reflect deeply, looking back on himself, be careful not to let this to happen again, and pledge to be the right person so that those who were hurt by him can forgive him.
