Great confusion at the award ceremony "Blue Dragon Film Award" held this evening, due to filming problems.

* The Weather in Seoul wasbad, there was snow which turned to thunderstorm.

* Reporters: Due to the thunderstorm unable to cover the "award ceremony flower" red carpet. Requested a permission to shoot inside the building.

* Organizer: Internal photography can not be permitted.

* Reporters refused to cover the event , declaring boycott of the festival.
