'Iham' means an empty box, and just as a bowl must be emptied before new things can be added, it represents an open space that contains various cultural endeavors and practices non-Yuqi.

The Yigun Campus was designed by Kim Gye-cheon, a professor of spatial design at Kookmin University, and was designed to organically connect the buildings with the surrounding roads. The eight concrete buildings, including the art museum, restaurant, and artist residency, blend in with nature on a site of approximately 33,000㎡. It offers a variety of cultural and artistic experiences, and is a space where nature and art come together to inspire visitors.
