Death of singer/producer Shin Hae Chul. Doctor arrested for "death caused by negligence" and "secretly leaking infomation"

* Cause of death hypoxic ischemic brain injury on 20th October, 20 days after operation. The prosecution charged a doctor.

* First trial in November 2016, 10 month imprisonment and 2 year suspension.

* The prosecution appealed, and in the second trial he was held in court for one year in prison.
