※ YG entered a lawsuit with a debut failure that had been promised. The amount of litigation "10 million won" seems to be an insignificant amount as a company considering attorneys fees and litigation expenses. Is there an emotional part for YG?



● Happy Face: While filing a lawsuit, We submitted the contract at the time of the program appearance as evidence to the court. In this case, we will request 10 million won (about 1 million yen) as a part of damage on assets. If we arrange all of the materials, we will prove the specific amount of damage and plan to extend (increase) the purpose of the request for YG.



* What kind of damage was caused by YG?



● Happy Face: YG did not fulfill the contract conditions of paying various expenses, such as training expenses incurred during Woo Jin Young's program record. We believed that we could debut on the basis of YG's management and we took Woo Jin Young's training, makeup, costumes, traveling expenses etc. at our own expense during about 6 months when MIXNINE progressed . We have not received revenue allocation of sound source sales which is contracted based on the contract.
