"Even though it's just hell" ... Transfer to hospital due to heavy snow operation = Korea
When a heavy snow warning was issued in Gimpo, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, it affected the operation of the Gimpo Gold Line (Gimpo Urban Railway), which reached a congestion rate of 240%. As some passengers crowded to board the train, a woman was rushed to the hospital due to respiratory distress.

According to Gimpo City and other sources, around 6:51 a.m. on December 21st, during the rush hour, five trains (10 cars) at the Yangchon Station depot were unable to receive electricity due to heavy snow. It was never put on the track.

As a result, the train was delayed for more than an hour, which had a great impact on the citizens. In addition, one woman was taken to the hospital with symptoms of dyspnea when passengers were crowded in a narrow train, but it was found that she regained consciousness on the way to the hospital.

In order to maintain good manners within the Gimpo Gold Line station building and to prepare for safety accidents, the city of Gimpo has assigned two civil servants to each station building to begin removing snow from the outdoor tracks.

An official from the Gold Line said, "Snow has accumulated in some areas, and electricity has not been supplied to the trains, delaying the introduction of the trains into the line."

The Gimpo Gold Line is a completely driverless train that connects Hangang New City to Gimpo Airport Station on Seoul Subway Line 9 for a total of 23.67 kilometers. No more than two cars.

Since the number of train cars is extremely small compared to the number of passengers, it will have a big impact on citizens. There are plans to expand the organization.

There are currently 23 two-car trains running on the Gimpo Gold Line.
