"North Korea's unmanned aerial vehicle may capture pictures of the presidential office... We also have a small amount of ``attack type" = South Korea's National Intelligence Service
South Korea's National Intelligence Service (NIS) said on January 5th that it may have filmed the Yongsan presidential office in connection with North Korea's recent drone provocation.

National Intelligence Service Director Kim Kyu-hyun attended a plenary session of the National Assembly's Intelligence Committee on the same day afternoon and said, "As a result of investigating the North Korean drone (that invaded Seoul), it was confirmed that it passed through the no-fly zone. "Contrary to media reports that 12 vehicles were infiltrated, five were correct, as already reported. It is possible that they were filming the Yongsan presidential office," said Yun Geon-young of the Intelligence Committee.

“In relation to drones, the NIS understands that North Korea possesses about 500 drones of more than 20 different types, mainly small ones in the 1- to 6-meter range,” Kim Kyu-hyung said. We presume that they also have a small amount of attack drones,” he said, adding, “We have seen a trend toward developing mid- and large-sized drones for long-range reconnaissance, but we understand that it is still in the early stages. Securing technology such as high-performance detection sensors is the key."
