Baby left naked with umbilical cord attached to grass in Fujian province, China - Chinese report

A baby boy was found abandoned in Fuzhou, the capital of China's Fujian province, earlier this month. On September 3rd in Fukusei, Fuzhou City, a female cleaning worker was found in a grassy area.
