Russia and North Korea summit held for the first time in about four and a half years, Japan, US, South Korea wary of ``military cooperation''

North Korean leader Kim Jung Eun and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a summit meeting on the 13th at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in Russia's Far East. The two leaders have not met since April 2019.
