South Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on the 28th that South Korea has been elected as a member of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). Since Korea joined the IAEA in 1957, it has become the 19th member of the IAEA (13th regional selection, additional selection).
