Samsung Electronics will build chiplets from Canada's Ten Torrent to strengthen foundry - South Korean report

Canadian semiconductor startup TenTrent announced on the 2nd (local time) that Samsung Electronics plans to manufacture a 4-nanometer next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) chiplet it designed.
