One year after the Itaewon accident...Seoul city builds intelligent disaster safety system

Ahead of the first anniversary of the Itaewon accident (October 29), Seoul City will build a system that uses intelligent CCTV (security cameras) to automatically detect crowds, spread the word, and take action.
