Japan loses in appeals court for compensation for former comfort women = South Korea

In the appeals court of a lawsuit in which South Korean former comfort women filed a lawsuit against the Japanese government seeking compensation for damages, the South Korean court overturned the judgment of the first instance and gave the former comfort women the upper hand.
