Representative of All Handicapped Federation arrested red-handed on suspicion of failing to leave...transferred to hospital while being taken away = South Korea

The National Solidarity for the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities (Japan Disability Federation) held a press conference to protest the Seoul Transportation Corporation's ban on subway demonstrations. Police suspect Park Kyung-seok, co-permanent representative of Japan Federation of Disabled People, for failing to leave the organization.
