President Yoon's second English speech... 30 seconds standing ovation from British people = South Korea

South Korean President Yoon Seo-gyul recently gave a speech at the local parliament during a state visit to the United Kingdom. Following his speech to a joint Congress of the House and Senate during his state visit to the United States in April, he has given speeches in English to foreign parliaments.
