Two out of five South Koreans cited economic burden as the cause of the declining birthrate. On the 27th, the Committee on the Declining Birthrate and Aging Society, along with the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, conducted a survey targeting 1,200 South Korean citizens aged 19 to 79 last month.
