Jeju Airport, strong wind warning lifted, ``flight 510 operating normally'' = South Korea

Aircraft operations have returned to normal with the exception of some flights from South Korea's Jeju Airport, which had been closed due to severe weather conditions including heavy snow of up to 80 centimeters and cold waves.
