Doctor arrested for prescribing drugs to Apgujeong Rolls-Royce driver = South Korea

A Rolls-Royce in Apgujeong, Seoul, South Korea, was driven while under the influence of drugs and rear-ended a passerby, killing him.The driver prescribed illegal drugs and sexually assaulted the patient.
