A scooter that ran the wrong way on a road in Sinchon collides with a car...One person is unconscious = South Korea

An accident occurred when an electric scooter that was traveling the wrong way across the center line on a road late at night collided with an oncoming vehicle. The man and woman riding the scooter were seriously injured in the accident.
