``Trying to save on heating costs...'' Two mats found in the home of a deceased elderly couple = South Korea

A fire broke out in a detached house in Namwon, Jeollabuk-do, South Korea, killing an elderly couple with physical disabilities. The couple tried to save on heating costs by using two heating mats stacked on top of each other instead of a boiler.
