South Korean government imposes first sanctions against North Korea this year...designates 11 ships as subject to sanctions

On the 17th, the South Korean government announced that it had designated 11 vessels involved in North Korea's illegal maritime transshipment, importation and smuggling of oil to and from North Korea as targets for sanctions.
