Russia “develops relations with North Korea in all areas” = South Korean report

Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the situation on the Korean Peninsula in a meeting with North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Song Hui, and expressed his desire to develop relations with North Korea in all areas, including "sensitive areas."
