Rep. Lim said, ``There is still a golden time for the Serious Disaster Punishment Act...Let's deal with it at the plenary session on the 1st of next month.''

On the 28th, National Assemblyman Lim Ija said, ``I would like the application of the Serious Disaster Punishment Act (Heavy Punishment Act) to business establishments with fewer than 50 employees to be suspended before the February 1st plenary session of the National Assembly.'' Both are heavily involved with the Democratic Party.
