Police officer clings to car...Current civil servant ``runs in fear'' = South Korea

A man in his 50s has been arrested after refusing to stop Drunk Driving and fleeing with police clinging to his car. His blood alcohol concentration was at a level that would lead to his license being revoked, and he was later suspended from his current public service.
