20,000 juvenile offenders per year... Violent crimes and drugs are on the rise = South Korea

In South Korea, the number of juvenile offenders who will not receive criminal punishment will increase every year for the past five years, with the number reaching approximately 20,000 in 2023. Among them, non-consensual sexual intercourse/obscenity, drugs, and murder.
