“There was never a moment when I wasn’t poor.” A university student’s letter arrived at the ward office = South Korea

A letter sent by a university student living in Busan who is receiving basic livelihood security (welfare assistance) is bringing tears to my eyes. With support from the local government, this university student was able to have hope for the future.
