Captain Ken Rheeformer discusses ``military tear gas sales'' = South Korea

Ken Rhee, a captain from the Republic of Korea Naval Special Warfare Brigade (UDT/SEAL), has been controversial after announcing that he will be selling military-grade CS gas canisters, also known as tear gas, to civilians.
