South Korean Defense Minister estimates that North Korea receives materials and parts from Russia and sends finished products to Russia.

South Korean Defense Minister Shin Won-sik said, ``Russia sends food and daily necessities as well as materials and parts to North Korea, and the finished products are then shipped back to Russia.''
