South Korea and the U.S. state of Ohio sign an agreement for ”mutual recognition of driver's licenses”

Ohio residents with a Korean driver's license can now earn a license without taking a test. The Korean National Police Agency's base date is midnight on the 13th (11 a.m. on the 12th, Ohio local time).
