Pet dog ``left out the window'' from the 9th floor...owner is a ``groomer'' = South Korea

In South Korea, police have arrested a woman who threw two of her three pet dogs out the window from the ninth floor of her apartment, leaving them to die. Her occupation was "dog groomer."
