The United Nations Security Council's Sanctions Committee on North Korea has confirmed that Kim Yo Jong, Deputy Minister of the Workers' Party of Korea, who is the younger sister of North Korean State Affairs Commission Chairman Kim Jung Eun, brought the documents with her when she visited Russia last September.
