An abnormal phenomenon in Taiwan and Hong Kong where temperatures in March are comparable to ”midsummer”

Greater China, including Taiwan and Hong Kong, are facing abnormally high temperatures, with temperatures in March rising to midsummer levels. According to the Taiwan Central Meteorological Office (weather observatory), the 25th will be the highest daytime day in almost all of Taiwan.
