Japan to domestically produce flour used in convenience stores to ease food supply chain concerns - South Korean report

Seven-Eleven Japan, the operator of the largest number of convenience stores in Japan, has switched to domestically produced flour for its noodles, such as cup udon noodles, and boxed lunches starting this year.
