A citizen of South Korea saves a driver who has a seizure while driving by breaking the window with a hammer

A man in his 30s who was passing by broke the window and rescued a driver who had a seizure while driving. According to the Ulsan Fire Department on the 15th, the driver was rescued at 10:26 pm on the 28th of last month.
