M3.9 earthquake hits off the coast of Tsushima, South Korea

The Korea Meteorological Administration announced that a magnitude 3.9 earthquake occurred at 11:27:54 pm on the 19th in the sea 96 km north-northeast of Tsushima Island in Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan.
