On the 31st, the foreign ministers of 11 friendly countries, including Japan, the United States, and South Korea, stated that they would hold North Korea and Russia accountable for the recent independent sanctions imposed in response to Russia-North Korea military cooperation, and that they would take measures to prevent North Korea from using its military force to attack Ukraine.
