On the 4th, South Korean Prime Minister Han Deok-soo said, "We are prepared to face the situation if something happens, even if we are not prepared for it," in response to the South Korean government's decision to completely suspend the September 19th inter-Korean military agreement, which bans hostile acts between the two Koreas.
