Arranging company arrested for defrauding Vietnamese students of 200 million won in university enrollment fees (South Korea)

A Korean study abroad arrangement company has been arrested by police for defrauding dozens of Vietnamese students who were planning to enroll in universities in South Korea of their tuition fees.
