June heatwaves record high...More days of extreme heat than in 2018, the ”worst heatwave” in South Korea

It has been revealed that the number of days of extreme heat in June this year exceeded that of 2018, the worst year on record. According to the Korea Meteorological Administration's weather data portal, the number of days of extreme heat from the 1st to the 20th of this month was 2.4 days.
