Sado Gold Mine to be registered as a World Heritage Site; additional measures should not be impeded - South Korean report

The Sado Gold Mine in Niigata Prefecture has been registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The UNESCO World Heritage Committee (WHC), including South Korea, announced the nomination at a meeting held in New Delhi, India on the 27th.
