South Korea's National Intelligence Service questions supply capacity regarding North Korea's expansion of missile launch pads

In response to North Korea's announcement that it would forward-deploy 250 new tactical ballistic missile launchers to the border, South Korea's intelligence agency, the National Intelligence Service, has questioned its supply capabilities.
